Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team producing lightweight plastic containers used for personal care products such as baby wipes and feminine hygiene products. This is a light industrial position with minimal machine operation and is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished plastic containers for quality and defects.
- Scan completed products using a barcode scanner.
- Pack inspected products into boxes according to production standards.
- Perform light machine operation as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
