1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
3rd shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM
The Production Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting production team members, preparing materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and helping ensure products meet quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with production and finishing activities as directed.
- Prepare, move, and organize materials and finished products.
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the production operation.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous manufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not required.
