Production Assembly Associate
Malta, NY
Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime Available: Fridays as needed
Experience: Prior assembly or production experience preferred, but not required
We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Product Assemblers to join our growing production team! This is a hands-on position focused on assembling LED lighting fixtures, wiring components, and completing light product assembly tasks. No heavy equipment operation is required, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble LED lighting fixtures and related components according to specifications
Perform basic wiring and electrical component assembly
Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and quality standards
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members and production leads
Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed
Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or automotive mechanical environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to be cross-trained in different production functions
Ability to perform light assembly work throughout the shift
