Production Operator 2nd Shift
Hours: 1:30PM-9:30PM and overtime as required
Pay Rate: $18.59 per hour
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment such as presses, riveters, welders, and drivers to produce quality assemblies and subassemblies. Responsibilities include performing equipment changeovers, monitoring product quality, conducting measurements and tests, and maintaining accurate production records.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and auxiliary equipment

Perform quality checks and measurements

Adjust equipment to maintain product specifications

Maintain accurate production records

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major malfunctions

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Support team initiatives such as LEAN and Kaizen activities
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
-
Manufacturing experience preferred

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
