As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring every product meets our quality standards before it reaches our customers.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Inspect plastic products for quality and appearance
- Identify and remove defective parts
- Trim and finish molded products as needed
- Package products according to customer specifications
- Label completed packages accurately
- Report quality or equipment concerns to your supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- No manufacturing experience required—we'll train you!
- High school diploma or GED
- Vision of 20/25 or better(with or without corrective lenses)
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
