The Procurement Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Procurement process
within the organization for the acquisition of goods and services. This includes tasks such as preparing
purchase orders, maintaining records of purchases, logging projects documentation, maintaining the
suppliers and vendors database, and supporting key activities within the Procurement request(s) lifecycle
in a timely manner.

Qualifications (experience may include a combination of work experience and/or education)
• 2+ years of purchasing experience
• JD Edwards systems experience (preferred)
• Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
• Basic understanding of Warehousing, Supply Chain Management and Transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interacts with all staff levels and management (internal and external) through strong
communication skills
• Ability to identify areas of risk and mitigate those situations
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask and re-prioritize tasks
• Acts within policy guidelines, follows procedures, adheres to the company philosophy
• Ensures consistency in methods and practices
• Manages time effectively
• Routes stakeholder questions to the appropriate resources
• Gathers qualitative and quantitative information/data using appropriate tools
• Conducts data entry and tracking of statistics and metrics
