Job Title: Process Technician – Blow Mold

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Process Technician to support blow molding production. This role focuses on keeping machines running efficiently, maintaining product quality, and making basic process adjustments in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production and machine operation
- Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting
- Make simple process adjustments (cycle time, material, part weight)
- Monitor production performance and record data
- Handle materials, including loading, mixing, and equipment upkeep
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all work instructions and quality standards
- Communicate issues with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–3 years of manufacturing experience (plastics or blow molding a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and basic computer skills
