Job Requirements:
- Develop and document injection molding processes for new molds
- Perform mold trials, samplings, and pilot production runs
- Troubleshoot and optimize molding processes for efficiency and quality
- Recommend automation and auxiliary equipment solutions to improve productivity
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and inspection equipment
