Process Operator

Pay Rate: $16.00 per Hour
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Elyria, Ohio. This position involves handling, blending, processing, and packaging raw spices and seasonings in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and process raw spices and seasoning ingredients.
- Operate and monitor blending and packaging equipment.
- Follow production formulas and manufacturing procedures.
- Package finished products according to customer specifications.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following food safety standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with material handling and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
