Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Operator to join a manufacturing team in Elyria. The Print Operator will be responsible for operating printing equipment used to print on reels and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing equipment used for reels.
• Load and unload materials into the printing machinery.
• Set up materials and ensure proper alignment for production.
• Monitor print quality throughout the production process.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Make basic adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Previous printing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay:$17.50/hour
