2nd Shift Print Operator
Pay:$18.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Print Operator to join our production team in Elyria. In this role, you will operate printing equipment that applies customer labels and designs to raw material. This position requires safely moving large reels of material, setting up print jobs, monitoring quality, and transporting finished products throughout the production area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate printing equipment to print customer labels and graphics onto raw materials.
- Load, unload, and move large reels of raw material using material handling equipment.
- Position reels on the printing machine and transfer finished reels to designated skids.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle large rolls of material with appropriate equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (or as assigned)
