Second Shift

Under direct supervision, sets-up and operates a machine and completes the following duties in accordance with established procedures and guidelines while maintaining a positive working environment. The associate will be required to successfully perform all basic functions in the Shipping, Black and White Production, and Color Production departments. These duties include but are not limited to:

Shipping
Processes sales literature orders:
o Pulls and packages required literature per order requirements.
o Ships sales literature orders with UPS or LTL.
o Posts order in SAP upon completion.
Files sales literature order paperwork according to established procedures.
Receives incoming shipments from couriers, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
Stocks incoming product based on established procedures.
Assists with inventory cycle count.
Verifies identification and quality of product.
Correctly boxes and labels completed order according to specification.
Accurately completes all paperwork for manufacturing shipments.
Operates a forklift to unload trucks and put away inventory or to pull finished goods off assembly lines and place in specific warehouse location.

Black & White Production
Submits and releases orders to correct print queue for production.
Adds consumable supplies, clear jams and unload presses.
Safely and correctly uses binding equipment including but not limited to
o Cutter
o Folder
o Shrink Wrapper
o Coil Binder.
Accurately completes kitting orders according to specification.
Accurately completes all production paperwork with assigned orders based on established procedures.
Verifies identification and quality of product.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Able to lift 60 pounds repetitively.
Responsible for completing all other tasks as assigned by management team.

Color Production
Submits and releases orders to correct print queue for production.
Adds consumable supplies, clear jams and unload presses.
Safely and correctly uses binding equipment including but not limited to
o Cutter
o Folder
o Shrink Wrapper
o Coil Binder.

Verifies identification and quality of product.
Accurately completes all production paperwork with assigned orders based on established procedures.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Able to lift 60 pounds repetitively.
Responsible for completing all other tasks as assigned by management team.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
May require forklift certification. Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required. Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift. Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
