What You'll Do:
- Operate press machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
- Report equipment issues and assist in troubleshooting when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Press operation experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
