Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding or compression molding presses according to established procedures
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
- Inspect parts for quality, including visual checks and basic measurements
- Trim, assemble, or package molded parts as required
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
- Assist with minor machine adjustments or troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production floor environment
- Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
