Core responsibilities for this position include:
- Surface Preparation:Prepping metal surfaces using cleaning agents, sanding, and masking.
- Powder Coating:Applying powder finishes using electrostatic spray guns for consistent coverage.
- Curing Process:Operating curing ovens according to specific time and temperature requirements.
- Quality Control:Inspecting finished parts for flaws and performing necessary touch-ups.
- Equipment Maintenance:Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment for safe operation.
