- Receive their work instructions at the beginning of the shift from the Shift Coordinator
- Verify that all equipment for the assigned tasks is at the machine.
- Perform assigned tasks and inspect product specified by the Supervisor.
- Maintains shop cleanliness and ensures all 5S items are present and placed accordingly.
- Responsible for the inspection of assigned product and recording of defect, and quantity of scrap
- Responsible for Weigh counting finished product
- Comply with all applicable procedures and work instructions.
- Report nonconforming issues to Supervisor or MQT
- Perform other duties as set forth by the Supervisorx20 x20 x20x20

QUALIFICATIONS

- Read, write, and understand English
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
- Good safety record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to see and identify small defects
- Non-smoking facilitiesx20
- Ability to lif up to 45 lbs
