Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing activities and document/validate changes in processes to assess cost impact.
- Prepare insightful reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Provide management with detailed reports that highlight and compare factors affecting product profitability.
- Collaborate with continuous improvement and process teams to drive innovation.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor inventory cycle count adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct internal cost audits in line with GAAP standards.
- Maintain accuracy in the SAP/ERP system.
- Drive cost savings from improvement initiatives.
- Enhance speed and accuracy of plant profitability drivers.
- Ensure precise cycle count adjustments.
- Track plant performance leading indicators.
- Maintain accuracy in program profitability using the Burden model.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of cost accounting experience (essential).
- Proficiency with SAP is a must.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Meet key competencies for the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
