IKD Planning Specialist
The Planning Specialist is a key member of the IKD Operations Team and reports to the Assistant Field Services Manager. The PS will utilize the IKD Field Services Planning system to optimize the planning and deployment of the IKD field services resources.

Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead Safety focus in all planning meetings and processes
- Provide leadership and oversight for IKD field services and resurfacing planning
- Acquire/utilize Smart Sheet skills in support of planning processes
- Develop knowledge of IKD field crew skillsets and abilities
- Assist districts in utilization of job trailers
- Prepare Gantt charts for job task communication
- Audit Daily Progress Logs
- Identify job opportunities for job scope change, change orders, and corrective actions
- Participate in, or lead weekly Project Managers forum
- Communicate job scope change effectively and in a timely manner
- Be available to support job functions on a 24/7/365 basis
- Be willing to travel to job sites in support of project documentation
- Support district administrators in daily job functions and reporting
- Utilize IKD corporate travel tools to arrange for field service personnel to travel to job sites
- Other duties as identified
- The Winning Candidate agrees to abide by the Company's published code of conduct and policies regarding confidentiality, proprietary information and trade secrets, conflicts of interest, competitive practices, vendor and customer relations, personnel and expense reimbursements.
- The Winning Candidate also agrees to sign a mutually agreed confidentiality agreement and submit to background check and drug screen.
- Travel may be required 30% of the time.
