We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for a temporary 2-week Picker position with a busy warehouse operation. This role involves working in a freezer environment while pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull customer orders
- Operate within a freezer/cold storage warehouse environment
- Use handheld scanners or pick sheets to complete orders
- Organize and stage products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and attendance expectations
Requirements
- Ability to work in cold/freezer temperatures for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry 20–30 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required
