Nesco Resource is now hiring in Leitchfield for a Part-Time Customer Service, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable position.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and collect payments.
- Post payments and maintain accurate account records.
- Answer customer service calls and assist with account inquiries.
- Input customer orders accurately into the system.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Work with internal departments to ensure orders and payments are processed accurately and on time.
