Contract to Hire Opportunity
Operate fanfold or rewinding equipment that converts large paper rolls into finished product.
What You'll Do:

Run and adjust the converting machinery

Load large rolls and monitor material flow

Ensure accurate cuts and quality standards

Palletize finished product
-
Maintain a safe, organized work area
What You Need:

6+ months of machine operation experience
-
Mechanical aptitude & basic math skills
-
Ability to lift 35lbs - 50lbs repeatedly

Strong attendance and reliability
