Packer – Seasonal

Location: Stratford, CT
Position Type: Seasonal / Temporary
Pay:$16.94 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Seasonal Packers for a busy retail operation in Stratford, CT. This is a hands-on position responsible for packing and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and productivity.

This is a strictly seasonal position with a defined end date on or around December 19, 2026. The final end date will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Label and organize packages
• Follow packing instructions and established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures
• Perform additional warehouse/production duties as assigned

Seasonal Schedule

Start Date – November 28, 2026
Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We are closed on Thanksgiving, but will be open on Black Friday.

November 29 – December 19, 2026
On-Call Schedule: Due to changing staffing needs during the peak season, employees may be notified of their scheduled shifts one day in advance or, in some cases, the same day. Flexibility and availability during this period are required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, production, or retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move packages as required
• Must be flexible with the seasonal/on-call schedule

This position is strictly seasonal and is expected to end on or around December 19, 2026. The position does not guarantee permanent employment beyond the seasonal assignment.
