Position Summary:
The Packer is responsible for inspecting, packaging, labelling, and preparing textile products for shipment in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet company quality standards and works closely with machine operators and production
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect textile products for defects, damage, or quality issues before packaging
- Package finished products according to company and customer specifications.
- Label, stack, wrap, and prepare products for shipping or storage.
- Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
- Ensure packaging materials and supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Assist machine operators and other production personnel as needed.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
Work Schedule:
1 st
7am – 5pm
Monday – Thursday
Pay:
$15.75/hr
