Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Packaging Assemblers
to join our team. In this role, you will assemble and prepare corrugated packaging and shipping boxes used by automotive companies to safely package and ship parts. This is a hands-on production position that requires attention to detail, good hand coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble corrugated boxes and packaging materials according to specifications.
- Fold, position, secure, and prepare packaging for production and shipment.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
- Inspect finished packaging to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn.
