Job Title: Outdoor Cleanup (Part-Time)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking individual for a Part-Time Outdoor Cleanup Associate role. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas and yards. Work hours are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with shifts dependent on weather conditions. This role offers potential for growth into a full-time position as opportunities become available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general outdoor cleanup of yard and surrounding areas
- Remove debris, leaves, and trash
- Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as raking, sweeping, and pulling weeds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor spaces
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous outdoor labor or landscaping experience is a plus but not required
Additional Information:
This is a part-time position based on weather conditions. Strong performers may be considered for full-time employment as additional positions become available.
