We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Gluer Operator. In this role, you'll operate and maintain machinery that folds, glues, and adds windows to packaging cartons.
Schedule/Pay:
- Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hr.
- Set up and run machines that fold and glue cartons with window cutouts
- Load materials into the machine and keep them feeding properly
- Adjust tracks, glue settings, and sensors as needed
- Monitor the machine during operation and perform quality checks
- Ensure correct placement of glue and windows on each carton
- Stack finished products and prepare them for shipping
- Keep equipment clean and in good working order
- Stable previous work history
- Prior machine operating experience is a MUST
- Set up and minor maintenance on machines
- Mechanical skills
- Basic math skills (Must be able to pass a math test)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
