Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and organize strings and other raw materials in work area
- Operate horizontal baler machines and associated waste conveyors
- Sweep and shovel straw waste into horizontal baler through use of waste conveyor
- Tie off, package, and palletize completed rebales
- Dispose of all scrap waste bale materials (string) and other trash into trash dumpster
- Clean/sweep straw chaff around horizontal baler and waste conveyor areas
- Participates in daily 5S cleaning procedures of production floor
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
