Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work with small parts, wires, and subassemblies
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to meet production goals
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment monitoring skills
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation
- Identify, record, and report product defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all quality and safety standards
- Meet daily production requirements
- Train and support new employees as needed
- Monitor production yields and employee progress
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
