Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM
Pay:
$19-$22/Hour Depending on experience
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Production Associate to support the forming and production of precision medical device components. This role involves hands-on manual work combined with machine operation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods, following detailed work instructions, and completing production documentation accurately.
Responsibilities
- Form small medical device components using hand force (up to 10 lbs.)
- Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Read and complete router steps, labels, and production documentation
- Set up and adjust equipment to required specifications
- Perform quality checks using microscopes and measuring tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Support departmental quality and workmanship goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous microscope inspection or assembly experience preferred
- Experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift
