Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. This role supports daily office operations through front desk management, administrative tasks, and coordination activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Assist with order entry and basic project coordination tasks
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and formatting
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
