Overview
Client is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive the people side of a large-scale, technology-enabled business transformation. This role will focus on an SAP implementation, developing and executing change strategies, communications, training, and adoption initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project goals.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
- Create and manage change networks and champion programs.
- Design and deliver communication plans, executive toolkits, and targeted stakeholder messaging.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and engagement sessions.
- Define the change governance framework.
- Create or contribute to the training strategy.
- Manage readiness assessments, management toolkits, adoption metrics, and other change deliverables.
- Monitor change-adoption risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Support organizational design, transition planning, and business enablement activities.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP platforms and related business processes.
- Expertise in change strategy, change communications, stakeholder impact assessments, and impact measurement.
- Experience with organizational design and transition planning.
- Experience facilitating leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with client teams and complementary consulting organizations.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Participation in 5 major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Leadership of more than four large-scale business change initiatives.
- Leadership or a major delivery role in more than three large-scale, technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations.
Work Details
- Hybrid position with remote work and onsite work at 455 Devlin Road, Napa, CA 94558.
- 3-week engagement totaling 120 hours.
