Overview

Client is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead with a strong SAP Source-to-Pay focus to support large-scale technology-enabled business transformation. This role will lead the people side of change for SAP implementations, including S/4HANA, by developing change strategies, communication plans, training strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption measurement practices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project goals.
  • Lead change management activities for SAP-focused business transformation initiatives, with emphasis on Source to Pay processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change impact analysis.
  • Create and manage change networks and champion programs.
  • Design and deliver communication plans, executive toolkits, targeted messaging, and leadership engagement materials.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and engagement sessions.
  • Define change governance frameworks.
  • Create or contribute to the training strategy.
  • Manage change deliverables, including readiness assessments, management toolkits, adoption metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor risks related to change adoption and drive mitigation planning.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP projects.
  • Strong SAP experience with deep Source to Pay focus.
  • Experience supporting SAP implementations, including S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP-related business processes.
  • Expertise in change communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.
  • Experience with organizational design and transition planning.
  • Ability to facilitate and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with client teams, consulting teams, and cross-functional implementation partners.

Preferred Skills or Experience

  • Participation in 5 major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience leading more than four large-scale business change initiatives.
  • Experience leading or playing a major role in more than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives.
  • Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations.

Work Details

  • Remote role.
  • Contract duration through 12/31/2026, with potential extension to 12/31/2027.
  • Interview process includes an initial partner interview followed by 2-3 Client interviews.
