Nesco Resource is currently hiring dependable and motivated Night Shift Machine Operators for a manufacturing opportunity with one of our valued clients!
We are looking for hardworking individuals who have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a desire to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
-
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operations.

Perform quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.

Load materials and remove finished products as needed.

Monitor equipment and report any mechanical or production issues.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work 12-hour shifts.

Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.
