An established national B2B product company is seeking a hands-on National Sales Manager to lead an experienced sales team while maintaining responsibility for a personal sales territory.

What You'll Do
Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Account Managers.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard future sales professionals.
- Establish KPIs, sales quotas, and performance expectations.
- Review sales calls and provide ongoing coaching to improve closing effectiveness.
- Develop sales scripts, SOPs, and best practices that improve consistency and results.
- Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service.
Business Development
- Manage your own assigned sales territory while leading the team.
- Prospect, cold call, and close new business opportunities.
- Handle key national accounts and larger, long-term sales opportunities.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Support forecasting and revenue planning alongside executive leadership.
Sales Operations & Strategy
- Monitor CRM activity, pipeline health, and sales metrics.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inbound website leads and oversee lead distribution.
- Coordinate participation in industry trade shows and customer events.
- Partner with leadership to improve marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
- Help implement AI-driven sales tools and modernize CRM processes.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2 years of Sales Management experience
- Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing successful sales teams
- Strong background in B2B product sales
- Experience managing outbound prospecting and cold-calling environments
- CRM experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate teams while holding them accountable for performance
Preferred
- Experience leading inside sales teams
- Experience creating sales processes and documentation
- Trade show or event management experience
- Knowledge of AI sales tools, automation, or CRM optimization
- Golf industry experience is a plus, but not required
