Nesco Resource is hiring 1st Shift Multi-Machine Operators for our Client in Longview, NC. These positions involve operating and monitoring production equipment and do not involve working with fiberglass.
Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor multiple production machines to meet production and quality requirements.

Perform machine setup, basic adjustments, and changeovers as trained.

Load materials into equipment and remove finished products.

Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns.

Monitor equipment performance and notify the supervisor of machine issues.

Read and follow work orders, operating instructions, and safety procedures.

Maintain accurate production records.

Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.

Work with team members to maintain a steady production flow.
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

Ability to monitor multiple machines and manage competing tasks.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling materials throughout the shift.

Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.

Commitment to safe work practices and use of required PPE.
