Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain injection molding machines and robotics.
- Identify and address typical molding defects promptly.
- Follow all operational procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Conduct inspections, packaging, and labeling of products.
- Maintain accurate written and electronic quality documentation.
- Participate actively in team environments, promoting positive interactions.
- Understand and manage critical cosmetic part surfaces.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of lockout-tagout procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a process technician in injection molding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to learn and use computer-based support systems efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
