Overview

This role supports the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area and is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, operations, and manufacturing functions. The recruiter will serve as a strategic talent advisor, partner closely with business leaders and HR, and develop talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for assigned client groups.
  • Partner with TA leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, social media, databases, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct candidate prescreens and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Support compensation, onboarding, compliance, and other HR-related recruiting activities.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive recruiting decisions.
  • Deliver presentations, training, and project-based recruiting initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Required Qualifications

Must have:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years recruiting for technical, manufacturing, operations, and/or engineering-related roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to overcome talent shortages.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for positions requiring security clearances.
  • Aerospace & Defense industry recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning and strategic talent initiatives.

Work Environment

  • Worksite Classification: Full-time remote.
  • Work Schedule: 4 Days a week 10 hour days, 1st Shift., Every Friday off.
