Summary: NESCO Resource is looking for an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team! Candidates should have hands-on MIG and/or TIG welding experience and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid welding background and take pride in producing quality work.

Pay Rate:
- $20.00 - $30.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)
Shift:
- Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Friday | 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (As Needed)
- Currently running some overtime
- Optional Saturday overtime may be available
- Currently running some overtime
Job Duties:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as part of the manufacturing process.
- Complete welding assignments according to production requirements.
- Maintain consistent workmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow established production procedures and quality expectations.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow workplace safety practices.
Requirements:
- Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Dependable and able to follow production instructions and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience performing both MIG and TIG welding.
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
