Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Nesco Resource is hiring Metal Production Workers for our client in Corning, a leading manufacturer of innovative retail display solutions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and are looking to grow their skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal fabrication equipment including punch presses, shears, press brakes, roll-forming equipment, and laser cutters

• Load materials and operate machinery to bend, cut, punch, and form metal components

• Install hardware and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Read tape measures, work orders, and production drawings

• Complete production reports and required documentation

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure, including decimals and fractions

• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills

• Blueprint reading and shear operation experience are a plus

• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

• Willingness to cross-train on additional equipment, including forklifts and material handling equipment

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
