Overview

Client is seeking an MES Angular Developer to define, develop, implement, and support standardized manufacturing solutions across a global environment. This role will partner with business leaders, users, and IT resources to deliver modern Angular user-interface solutions through custom applications and configured products.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Angular user-interface solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, users, and IT resources to define and implement manufacturing solutions.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document applications, projects, and programs.
  • Create and execute unit tests for developed components.
  • Work effectively across different levels of multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Learn and apply new technologies as project needs evolve.
  • Prioritize and address multiple technical problems concurrently.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience delivering Angular user-interface solutions.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the current Angular framework.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with responsive design, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and modern frontend or UI functional programming.
  • Understanding of UX concepts.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented design and analysis.
  • Experience developing and executing unit tests.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills or Experience

  • Telerik Kendo UI for Angular.
  • RxJS library experience.
  • Manufacturing systems experience.
  • .NET, .NET Core, C#, or ASP.NET development experience.
  • Git or TFS source-code management experience.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL, including SQL Server or Oracle.

Work Details

  • Remote within the Eastern or Central time zone.
  • May be expected to report onsite during the first two weeks for training meetings.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • No overtime anticipated.
  • Up to 10% travel based on project needs.
  • One-hour panel video interview.
  • Possibility of extension based on demand.
