Important schedule & onsite requirements:
- This is an onsite position in Albany.
- Candidates must have open availability Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm and every other Saturday, 8am–2pm.
- Schedules may vary week to week and can include both opening and closing shifts, as well as Saturdays.
- You would have a weekday off if working on a Saturday.
- Schedules are provided in advance, and the position is 40 hours/week.
- Potential for hybrid flexibility after 6 months and fully trained.
What you'll do:
In this high-volume call center role, you’ll assist members by phone, triaging calls, answering questions, resolving issues, processing transactions, and connecting members with the appropriate team when needed.What you’ll need:
- High school diploma/GED
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort handling 75+ calls per day in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 7-7, M-F, and 8-2 on Saturdays (40 hours/week)
