We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Technician who knows how to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and keep industrial production equipment running!
Job Requirements:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment, diagnosing mechanical breakdowns and identifying the root cause of equipment failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs, including replacing bearings, belts, chains, sprockets, gears, shafts, seals, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, performing adjustments, alignments, lubrication, changeovers, disassembly, repairs, and mechanical rebuilds.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, using maintenance tools, equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and mechanical drawings to safely restore production.
- Partner with production to improve equipment reliability, identifying recurring problems and recommending solutions that reduce downtime and prevent future failures.
