Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Direct Hire | Full-TimeWe're seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain stamping presses and industrial production equipment. If you have a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs.
- Repair motors, valves, cylinders, air lines, and press equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Complete minor fabrication and maintain maintenance records.
- Follow OSHA, ANSI, and EPA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience on hydraulic and/or stamping press equipment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic experience.
- Electrical Engineering Technology certification or equivalent.
- Spot-welding machine maintenance experience.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and work in a manufacturing environment.
