Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician (Large Equipment)
Pay:$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are looking for assemblers to work 1st shift who have a background in assembly and/or construction. This role involves building and assembling large equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general sheet metal and mechanical assembly
- Read and follow assembly drawings/prints
- Use hand tools such as drills, ratchets, and impact wrenches
- Operate lifts (Skyjack) and cranes
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Assembly and/or construction background required
- Ability to read blueprints/prints
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights (no fear of heights)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of recent, consistent work history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and working overhead
- Must wear safety shoes
