MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Working under general supervision, this role is actively involved in material movements in a warehouse
environment. Duties may include loading trailers, unloading trailers, processing receiving and put away, cycle
counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and may use material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch
wrappers. Working to pick orders efficiently and correctly for daily shipments to customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks.
Performs material movements both physically and systematically conducted within a controlled environment
where ESD controls may exist.
Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away. Loads and/or unloads trucks as required.
May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks or other equipment with appropriate
training and/or certification. May drive cut-away box truck to move material between buildings with appropriate
training.
May assist and train associates with on the job training.
Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity. Utilizes root cause analysis to
research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
Performs cycle counting
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and
procedures
Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration. Promotes a positive work environment.
Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, ISO Standards as defined by supervisor. Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP s, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arm s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Ability to handle and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for specific job functions Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team Needs to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
Minimum 2 years Experience of material handling or prior warehouse experience preferred
