We're looking for dependable Material Handlers
to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring parts and materials are accurately stocked, transported, and delivered to production teams. This role is essential to keeping production running efficiently and offers the opportunity to develop valuable warehouse, inventory, and equipment operation skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties
- Stock incoming parts and materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pull and deliver parts to production associates in a timely manner
- Verify quantities and counts on incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate overstock tags and inventory organization
- Keep stocking locations clean, organized, and safe
- Operate material handling equipment, including:
- Stand-up forklifts
- Sit-down forklifts
- Pallet jacks
- Utilize inventory systems and warehouse terminals as needed
- Assist with inventory accuracy and material movement throughout the facility
- Perform other manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic inventory and warehouse organization skills
- Ability to accurately verify counts and maintain inventory records
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or forklift experience is a plus, but training opportunities are available for qualified candidates
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and moving materials
- Ability to work at elevated heights when required
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Utility knife
- Stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Pallet jacks
- Inventory terminals and warehouse tracking systems
Training & Qualification Process
Safety and equipment proficiency are critical to success in this role.
To operate forklifts, associates must:
- Successfully complete a written forklift qualification test
- Pass an observed practical equipment evaluation
- Complete the required Forklift Qualification Class
- Maintain forklift certification as a condition of operating equipment
