• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance.

• $1k at 90 days
** to get 60- and 90-day bonus, worker must have received 14-day bonus.
Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and stock materials and inventory accurately
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Create and process sales orders in SAP
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and safe work environment
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or a related field
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Basic knowledge of standard warehouse practices and procedures
• Ability to follow established processes and work instructions
Work Environment & Expectations:
• Works under direct supervision and follows defined guidelines
• Primary duties are routine and do not require independent decision-making
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. or less with minimal repetition
• Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other workplace hazards
TIME KEEPING
Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system.
