Nesco Resource is currently hiring dependable Material Handlers for a manufacturing facility in the Laurens area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Stage materials for production and ensure production areas remain supplied
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory organization
- Verify materials and quantities for accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals
- Perform other warehouse or production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
