Job Title: Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, supporting production, and ensuring accurate inventory flow throughout the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift (sit-down, stand-up, or tow motor) to move materials
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Stage, organize, and transport products within the warehouse
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
- Use RF scanners or tracking systems (if applicable)
- Inspect materials for damage and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous material handling or forklift experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
- Warehouse or manufacturing setting
- May include hot or cold conditions depending on facility
- Steel-toe boots required
