What Makes Someone a Strong Fit?
A strong candidate will be more than a scheduler who updates dates. They should be able to build and manage a complex integrated program schedule, understand schedule logic and critical paths, identify risks before they become major issues, and communicate schedule impacts to Program Management.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of aerospace/defense program experience, Deltek Open Plan expertise, CPM, EVM, risk analysis, and full lifecycle schedule development, with direct F-16/F-22 program planning experience being a major differentiator.
